If this is your first time with EFT, I'll guide you through the key tapping points on your face, hands, and upper body. These points correspond to energy meridians, much like acupuncture, but without the needles.
I'll invite you to share what's bringing you to EFT. Whether you're looking for relief from anxiety, stress, trauma, limiting beliefs, or physical discomfort, I'll listen without judgment, and we will work together to set a goal for our session.
Together, we'll begin tapping while focusing on the presenting issue. I'll help you phrase statements to acknowledge your emotions while finding opportunities to reframe and integrate alternative perspectives and affirmations to shift your energy and emotional state. The process is gentle and tailored to your comfort level.
Throughout our session, I will monitor and check in on how you're feeling and track any shifts in your emotions or physical sensations. If needed, we'll adjust the approach to deepen the effectiveness of the process.
By the end of our session, you may notice a shift in how you feel. Many clients report feeling lighter and more relaxed or gaining a new perspective. We will review how the session went, and I’ll share any insights, suggest self-tapping techniques you can use on your own, and discuss whether additional sessions would be beneficial.
