Christopher Snyder, Creative Therapist and EFT Practitioner
As life presents itself, there are times when outside guidance can help us to gain a new perspective.
As a Creative Therapist and EFT Practitioner, I can support your journey toward inner well-being through a holistic approach to mind-body therapy. Drawing upon a blend of creative art therapy and energy healing with EFT, I tailor a personalized approach for each client, considering your unique circumstances, requests, and goals.
These evidence-based therapies provide powerful ways to process emotions and experiences that words alone cannot always convey by harnessing the creativity and energy you already possess. Unlike conventional methods that often focus on a single healing aspect, creative art therapy and EFT consider the whole person, including your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, allowing for a holistic and more transformative experience.
I created The Opus Project because I believe the ultimate human endeavor is our journey to discovering and embracing one's authentic self.
The term OPUS originates from Latin, meaning work or labor, and is often used to refer to a particular piece of work by an artist, composer, or writer. Specifically, it can denote their greatest work or masterpiece or their “Magnum Opus.”
The Opus Project reframes greatness not in terms of external achievements but as the internal work of sculpting a meaningful and authentic existence. It embodies the belief that every individual has the potential to be a masterpiece, not because of what they do but because of who they are.
“You are your greatest work.”
